Fabrication

In 2009 a competition was organized by the Ohio Arts Commission for an outdoor sculpture installation at Kent State University's Trumbull Campus. I proposed a sculptural seating ensemble, based on inverted polished stainless steel tetrahedrons. Below are 2 images used in the proposal.

The Proposal was selected in May, 2010.
It is due to be installed June, 2011.
Below is documentation of the work in progress.

The material finally arrives!

Completion

The fabrication was completed in time for winter. I hoped for enough snow to at least occasionally set off the geometry.
